Trash

You are responsible for the day-to-day care of the home, and this includes putting the trash out for pick up on Monday evenings.

There may be trash in the container from a previous guest or the cleaners, just as you are likely to leave some when you depart. Don’t worry about this. (If you find or have an excessive amount and need some assistance dealing with it, don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance!)

Please put the container out for pick-up and return it to beside the garage (around the corner on the right hand side, hidden from the street) afterwards.

There are detailed instructions about this on the wall next to the front door in the villa.

Unfortunately, there are no good local recycling facilities (the county commissioners actually gave up on it) and everything to be disposed of must go in the trash container.

(You may see old recycling containers around. You can ignore them, they’re not used anymore!)
