- We don’t charge a premium for credit card payments.
- Our guests receive discounts on theme park and other attraction tickets so they can purchase them at the guaranteed lowest price.
- We provide supplies for your use, including
• Toilet paper (8 rolls)
• Dishwashing Liquid
• Dishwasher Detergent
• Dish cleaning brush and scrub pads
• Kitchen Trash Bags
• Laundry Soap (enough for 10 loads)
• Liquid Hand Soap (at all sinks)
• Cleaning Supplies (for the odd spill clean-up)
Most vacation rentals do not, forcing you to buy and transport supplies (often more than you need) while on vacation. - We have a playpen, two strollers, and a high chair available for guest use at a small extra charge.
- We have a full-size BBQ with appropriate tools and fuel supplied, available at a small extra charge.
- We can arrange rental of other items for our guests as necessary; including scooters, full-size cribs, bikes, and other items.
- Our GAMES ROOMS are AIR CONDITIONED! (Most in the area are not.)
- We provide FREE WiFi internet access with Fibre Optic service to the property.
- We have Fibre Optic TV provided in the lounge AND the Master & Queen bedrooms.
- We provide a land-line telephone with FREE long distance to anywhere in the US & Canada.
- Our villa Kitchens are stocked like no other. Full cookware and food service needs are provided for.
- We provide a hotel-style locking SAFE for our guests use FREE of charge.
- Our rates are lower than many comparable facilities with a similar level of amenities and service.
