Villa was great but the extras made the difference

The villa was exactly as described, clean, safe, VERY private pool area, just like the listing says. What it doesn’t explain is that Robert has got to be the most organized person I have ever come in contact with. The booking process was smooth and easy – everything was thought of. Communications were excellent and very helpful. The information sent before we arrived was ridiculously complete, and if we lost anything it was available to us on a page on his website – actually it was OUR page on his website, created just for us!! Delighted does not begin to describe our experience doing business with this owner. The property was great – good location, quiet, relaxing but not far from anywhere we wanted to go, and we certainly enjoyed it, but being in business, we really appreciated just how smoothly everything went, and how it allowed us to just relax and ENJOY the trip. We have rented properties before but never have had everything handled this well. This guy should be teaching classes on vacation rental management and customer service!
