What a great and fun location for family and friends in Davenport, Florida. We stayed in the villa for February and March 2023. Everything was great! We really enjoyed the pool area especially the privacy and its access to the sun throughout the day. The pool lounge chairs were fantastic.

This is a beautiful property situated in a very pretty and safe neighborhood. It is very private, with a wonderful view of the forest in the back. My kids did not care much about going anywhere else, they preferred hanging out at the house. This was “home away from home”
