What a Great and Fun Location!

What a great and fun location for family and friends in Davenport, Florida. We stayed in the villa for February and March 2023. Everything was great! We really enjoyed the pool area especially the privacy and its access to the sun throughout the day. The pool lounge chairs were fantastic. Our guests who slept in the bedroom with the king size bed all commented on how nice and comfortable it was. The furniture throughout the villa and kitchen appliances were all quite nice. You should be proud of the way everything turned out so nicely in the villa. It is close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, liquor stores and other amenities. This villa is well appointed with comfortable bedding, Roku TV’s, kitchen accessories and appliances, bathroom and pool towels. The garage has been converted into a laundry area with washer and dryer and a game room with pool table, foosball table, and arcade game machine for indoor fun. The pool area has a covered eating area with table and chairs, comfortable pool lounging chairs, and hot tub area in a secluded and private backyard location. The pool is situated perfectly to get the sun from morning till evening. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone interested in being close to Disney World but in a quieter location. Robert has created an app that you can install on your phone to assist in getting around and where to go that is very helpful. Robert is very attentive to your questions and concerns so was very easy to deal with throughout the process.
