Breezy Oak Villas is pleased to make available for our guests the following services and rental items. Charges vary, and some items are provided at no cost to you, depending upon circumstances and availability. Please review the items on this page, and then scroll down to the Order Form below where you can select any of the optional items you would like added to your booking with us. The only exception is Travel Insurance, which is presented on a separate page, and is ordered through the provider’s website.

Enjoy the swimming pool even more with Optional Pool Heating! The heater is set to 89º making the pool water as warm and wonderful as can be.
Grocery Essentials Welcome Pack
Food and Beverages
Make your arrival even better with our Grocery Essentials Welcome Pack waiting for you in the villa, placed there before your arrival by our staff. This is a great idea for late arrivals, when the nearby grocery store may be closed, or a long trip to a 24-hour mega-store is just not appropriate.

Need some time to sleep in? With late check-out get two or more extra hours before you have to go! Not available for all bookings. Can only be requested between 3-4 days before original check-out. Fee varies depending upon type and availability.

Arriving early in the morning? Want to jump the gun on your Check-In time? It may be possible depending upon our cleaner’s schedule and the when the previous guest departed. Please inquire 2-3 days in advance of arrival.

Having too much fun? Don’t want to leave? We understand! Add an Extra Night or Two to your stay if available. Contact us between 3-4 nights before your original departure date to see if avaialble. We’ll make arrangements and get everything set up for you to extend your stay.

Take cookouts to the next level with our 5-Burner full-size grill! Includes propane and BBQ utensils for an easy, ready-to-use experience. Grill, relax, and enjoy BBQ meals, right at your villa – eating outdoors on the deck overlooking the pool – for the ultimate outdoor Florida experience.

Professional cleaning of the rental BBQ prior to Arrival. Nightly Rental of BBQ required. If BBQ Pre-Cleaning is requested, BBQ rental will be assumed. Note: BBQ rental is available without Pre-Cleaning.

Rent our Baby Pack which includes a Pack-n-Play, High Chair, Umbrella Stroller, and larger Folding Stroller with detachable Baby Carrier, all available for just $5 per day.

Got an extra guest? You can have additional guests, up to the maximum capacity of the villa for no extra charge, but they MUST be added on to the reservation. Please send your host an email with the name and age range of the guest and they’ll be added on to the booking.

Want an extra clean during your stay? We’ll make your bed, put out fresh towels, clean and vacuum floors and straighten up your villa. Requires 2-3 days notice. Date of clean will be arranged with guest as necessary.
CHRISTMAS TREE RENTAL

Make your Holiday Season stay at Breezy Oak Villas more festive with a full-size, lit Christmas Tree for your group! Includes rental of the tree for the length of your stay, delivery to and from the villa, and set-up and take-down.

After the form has been submitted and processed, you will receive an email from us which will include all new details of your reservation, including charges and payment schedule.
