Our stay at Happy Oak Villa was amazing! We had to travel to Disney every day for events and even with traffic and road construction, we were able to make the trip in about 30 mimutes. In the area around the vacation home are multiple shopping areas and gas stations

What a great and fun location for family and friends in Davenport, Florida. We stayed in the villa for February and March 2023. Everything was great! We really enjoyed the pool area especially the privacy and its access to the sun throughout the day. The pool lounge chairs were fantastic.

This is a beautiful property situated in a very pretty and safe neighborhood. It is very private, with a wonderful view of the forest in the back. My kids did not care much about going anywhere else, they preferred hanging out at the house. This was “home away from home”

A really nice location in a secluded area that is ideal for theme parks, local amenities and the west coast. Well kept and with a good range of books, tv channels and entertainment when not out and about. An amazing fridge and a good range of kitchen facilities. Stars 5 out
