A Wonderful Christmas Retreat

As soon as we arrived, we felt completely at home. The decor of the interior was particularly special, and you could tell that a lot of thought and effort had been put into decorating Pleasant Oak Villa to a high standard. As a family of five adults, the property was perfect for what we needed. The games room was an extra bonus as we enjoyed playing games of pool in the evenings. From start to finish, Robert and Donna were excellent communicators. That alone took a great deal of stress away from us when going through the reservation process. They guided us every step of the way from reservation through to arrival (and beyond!) and provided ample information on the villa and surrounding areas of interest. We were fortunate enough to meet Robert and Donna when we arrived at Pleasant Oak Villa, which was a wonderful surprise and a genuine pleasure. I would like to take this opportunity to thank both of them for opening their home up to us, as it certainly felt that Pleasant Oak was a home from home – not just a villa.
