We were particularly pleased with the location of the villa and its proximity to local shops and amenities, including the theme parks. Thousand Oaks is a very good, safe neighbourhood. Several people stopped to say Hello. The rear of the villa and pool area were very pleasant and private. The villa exceeded our expectations and we would be very happy to recommend it. We would be happy to return.
