Lovely Villa – Great base for our Holiday

The villa is exactly as described, the kitchen is well equipped and the living area is a great place to relax after a long day at the theme parks. Robert was great to deal with and provided lots of helpful info about the villa/theme parks & surrounding area(s). There was a problem with the pool (completely out of Robert’ control) however once reported Robert dealt with it immediately and this was resolved during our stay. The pool was obviously a great feature for fun and relaxation, and we particularly enjoyed the 2 player basket ball game in the garage our games soon became very competitive ! Your understanding about the pool is appreciated, and our techs were only too happy to get it resolved for you. I’m really glad you were able to enjoy it for the rest of your stay because it is SO enjoyable and I wanted you to experience that like all of our other guests.
