Disney Springs

Disney Springs is a vibrant shopping, dining, and entertainment complex located in Walt Disney World.

The complex features a diverse mix of retail stores, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment venues, as well as outdoor walkways and scenic waterfront views.

Visitors can shop for unique souvenirs, indulge in fine dining or casual food options, catch a show, movie, or go bowling, and enjoy the lively atmosphere.

Originally called “Downtown Disney,” the area was rebuilt to include a mix of popular stores, restaurants from famous chefs, themed dining experiences and, of course, plenty of Disney stores to buy unique souvenirs without having to shop in the parks.

Over a mile wide, for orientation purposes, it’s divided into four connected sections: Marketplace (with kid-friendly Disney stores), Town Center (with dining and retail stores), The Landing (with waterfront restaurants) and West Side (with more entertainment options).

A large round tethered hot-air balloon takes visitors high into the air for a birds eye view of Disney Springs and the surrounding Disney World area where one can see resorts, The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Hollywood Studios and other areas.

From Disney Springs you can catch Disney Buses to everywhere on the resort, and Disney water transportation is provided to nearby Disney World Resorts. These boats make for an enjoyable free trip if one is so inclined.

Circue du Soleil is located here.

There is lots of free parking. Remember to wear your walking shoes!
