By far the best response
The villa is in a very nice community. The sidewalks provide a comfortable area for walking around the neighborhood. The pool was nice with very nice landscaping and a feeling of seclusion. The interior of the villa is modern and updated through out. The electronics and wifi are all in great condition and everything in the home was trouble free. The games room was in good condition compared to other places we have stayed and just needs a little TLC to be perfect. (ie, replace tips on pool cues and fix table pockets, provide chalk and inflate the mini basket balls.) The foosball table is of very good quality and provided some fun entertainment. the owner, Robert, was just fantastic to deal with. We only needed to contact him once during our stay and he responded within minutes of the receiving of our message. By far the best response time of any owner/manager we have stayed with. I would not hesitate to stay at one of Roberts properties again in the future. And I am sure he will have the couple of small items addressed before this review even gets posted. Thank you for having us.
