• Owner or manager unavailable or indifferent to assist.
• Property only somewhat as described, with a few significant issues or surprises.
Really?
Only 20 – 39%? That’s awful! And so disappointing to us, because we always want to provide every guest with a 5-Star Experience.
Perhaps it’s time for us to look for something else to do!
