• May or may not recommend to others.

• A number of cleaning and maintenance issues found, and not resolved upon request.

• Communication was okay. Could have been better.

• Owner available some of the time. Responded a day or two later and was somewhat helpful.

• Property as described, but discrepancies.


Only 40 – 59% of the way there? That’s horrible! And so disappointing to us, because we always want to provide every guest with a 5-Star Experience. I guess we really blew it this time, huh?
