This fabulous retreat is situated in a nature conservation area 2 miles south of Walt Disney World, with quick access to Universal Studios, Sea World, incredible golf courses, shopping and dining. LegoLand is approximately 30 minutes drive to the South. Other Florida attractions within about an hour’s drive include Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre on the Atlantic Coast, and Tampa on the Gulf Coast.

The villa is easily reached from Orlando International Airport by I-4 (Interstate Highway) and the Central Florida GreeneWay.

Happy Oak Villa allows you to be at the beach, but stay in Orlando. Inspired by life at the seashore, the colours and decorating of Happy Oak Villa encourage a relaxed, vacation attitude, yet quality touches abound.

Quality furnishings and high-end electronics, and new Pool Systems and HVAC System and Controls, along with beautiful Classic American slate pool table, and high-end foosball, provide a fun and care-free atmosphere for our guests. The kitchen features quartz countertops and a hand-made Mexican tile backsplash surround. It’s equipped with everything you need to cook or simply prepare for a day at the parks.

With an enlarged pool deck, Happy Oak Villa features more loungers than any of our properties, and a wonderful hot tub to soak your cares away. It’s like a mini-resort for just you and your family!
