• Home was clean and maintained, with most issues (if any) resolved upon request during our stay.
• Communication was good.
• Owner available most of the time. Responded within a day or so and was helpful.

Only 60 – 79% of the way there? That’s disappointing to us, because we always want to provide every guest with a 5-Star Experience. But it looks like we didn’t quite make it this time.
