Robert you were EXCELLENT to work with!
I would suggest and stay at your villa again, if it was cleaned better… That was our only real concern was carpet in all rooms need cleaning.
We loved the pool area it was very nice, also the distance to and from attractions it was great. Robert your villa made our trip to Florida a Dream Come True for our family. The distance to and from the attractions was great. The location/neighbor hood was great. Rocky the Racoon was neat for the kids to see.

Owner response: Due to a family emergency, our regular cleaner was not available prior to this guest’s arrival, and a replacement was arranged for us. The cleaning was not up to our strict standards and the replacement cleaner was terminated as a result. In addition, all of the carpets were steam cleaned under our personal supervision under a month later.
