The outlook poolside is peaceful and not overcrowded by other villas. The location was very good. Furnishings and overall condition excellent. Layout works very well. Pool area facilities excellent. You provide the extras that we have never seen before &#8211; simple items like trash liners, toilet rolls, soap etc. that collectively make a difference. We have previously booked Villas that are allocated on arrival. We are so pleased we booked a specific villa this time and Pleasant Oak was the perfect choice. The booking process is also highly organised and support is on hand from Robert where needed. From the beginning we have always tried to keep in mind our first experiences when renting a vacation home, when there were simply things that we didn&#8217;t know about or anticipate. Since we started operating our own Florida homes, we have tried to provide for those needs for our guests as a means of providing convenience and value. They are often small things overlooked when people are shopping for a home to stay in, but they do make a difference once there.
