Despite having done this many times before, we appreciated the level of organisation and information from Robert; it&#8217;s reassuring not to have to chase a property owner for things like door codes and receipt of funds etc. As to the property &#8211; spotless, comfortable, a VERY well equipped kitchen and probably the biggest bed we&#8217;ve ever slept in (including a step-stool each side to climb in!). There were none of the little niggles that often accompany villa rentals, everything is as described, like home from home with extra sunshine! The location is quiet, far enough from the mouse if you don&#8217;t want to be there every day, yet close enough to good transport links when you do want the theme parks. Supermarket, diners etc all within 5-10 minutes drive. It may be a while before we&#8217;re next in Orlando (we have done it rather a lot lately!), but when we do come next, we will stay here and we have no hesitation in recommending the property for a relaxing and fun holiday.
