Oh!

What 2 Stars means:

• Overall Grade 20 – 39%

• Unlikely to recommend to others.

• Significant cleaning and maintenance issues were found, reported and not resolved.

• Communications incomplete or had multiple errors, leaving many questions.

• Owner or manager unavailable or indifferent to assist.

• Property only somewhat as described, with some significant issues or surprises.

Really?

Only 20 – 39%? That’s awful! And so disappointing to us, because we always want to provide every guest with a 5-Star Experience.

Perhaps it’s time for us to look for something else to do!

(Changed your mind? You can instead rate us 3-Stars if you want, by clicking here.)

Okay… *sniff* this makes us really, really sad!

Please share:

What would need to have been different or improved upon to make your rating 5-Stars?
