Thank you very much!

What 4 Stars means:

• Overall Grade 60 – 79%

• Would likely recommend to others.

• Home was clean and maintained, with most issues (if any) resolved upon request during our stay.

• Communication was good.

• Owner available most of the time. Responded within a day or so and was helpful.

• Property mostly as described, but issues.

Really?

Only 60 – 79% of the way there? That’s disappointing to us, because we always want to provide every guest with a 5-Star Experience. But it looks like we didn’t quite make it this time.

(Changed your mind? You can instead rate us 5-Stars if you want, by clicking here.)

Okay… *sniff* this makes us really sad!

Please share:

What would need to have been different or improved upon to make your rating 5-Stars?
