Islands of Adventure

Universal Islands of Adventure is one of two theme parks in the Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando.

The park features a variety of themed “islands”, each with its own series of attractions, shows, and activities. These include Marvel Super Hero Island, Jurassic Park, and The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Guests can enjoy thrilling rides, such as The Incredible Hulk Coaster, featuring inversions and 7G twists and turns; Jurassic Park River Adventure which puts you right inside a Jurassic Park Movie; and Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure – the latter is part of the Amazing Wizarding World of Harry Potter, an amazing themed area based on the popular movie series.

The park also features themed restaurants, snack stands, and vending machines, as well as numerous shops selling merchandise and souvenirs.

In addition to its entertainment offerings, Islands of Adventure is known for its detailed theming and immersive environments, which rival those of Walt Disney World for their detail, designed to transport visitors into the worlds of their favorite movies, books, and comic book series.
